StudyBox Doon – Refund Policy
At StudyBox Doon, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. To maintain transparency and fairness, the following refund policy applies to all enrollments:
1. Refund Window
Students/parents can apply for a refund within 15 days from the date of admission. The Parents can also request for refund via mail to studyboxdoon@gmail.com. For refund application via mail, the date of Email will be taken into consideration for the purpose of calculation of the refund amount.
2. Non-Refundable Component
Please note that no course is eligible for a 100% refund under any circumstances. Short Term Classroom Course Fee / Test Series Fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
3. Deduction Policy
In case a refund request is approved within the 15-day period:
- 30% of the total course fee will be deducted as Admission & Digital Access Fee.
- The remaining 70% of the fee will be refunded.
4. Refund Approval Timeline
Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund amount will be processed within 7–8 working days.
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer, as deemed appropriate by StudyBox Doon.
6. Important Notes
- Refund requests made after 15 days of admission will not be entertained.
- Access to course materials, live classes, recordings, and digital resources will be revoked upon refund approval.
- StudyBox Doon reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on internal verification.
- The refund will be processed only in “Savings Account” and not in any other type of account.
