StudyBox Doon – Fee Payment & No Refund Policy

At StudyBox Doon, every admission is planned with dedicated faculty allocation, study material, LMS access, tests, and student support. Therefore, before making any payment, parents and students are requested to read the following policy carefully.

1. No Refund Policy

• All fees paid to StudyBox Doon are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Once admission is confirmed and payment is received, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including:
  • Change of mind.
  • Lack of interest in the course.
  • Selection in another institution.
  • Financial difficulties.
  • Personal, medical, or family reasons.
  • Non-attendance of classes.
  • Dissatisfaction after attending classes.

2. Admission Confirmation

• Admission is considered confirmed only after the prescribed fee (full or installment, as applicable) is received.
• Once confirmed, the seat is reserved exclusively for the student.

3. Course Access

• Access to live classes, recorded lectures, PDFs, mock tests, study material, and other digital resources is considered as commencement of services.
• Non-usage of these services does not make the student eligible for any refund.

4. Batch Change

• StudyBox Doon may, at its sole discretion, allow a batch change or timing adjustment based on availability.
• Such changes shall not be treated as grounds for refund.

5. Installments

• If admission is taken under an installment plan, the student/parent remains liable to pay the entire course fee as agreed at the time of admission.
• Discontinuing classes midway does not cancel the remaining fee liability.

6. Exceptional Situations

• Any exception, if granted, shall be entirely at the sole discretion of the Management.
• No verbal assurance by any counselor, faculty member, or representative shall override this written policy.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By making payment and enrolling with StudyBox Doon, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge that they have:

• Read and understood this Fee & Refund Policy.
• Accepted all terms and conditions voluntarily.
• Agreed not to dispute the policy on the grounds of non-attendance or discontinuation.
