Refund and Cancellation Policy
At StudyBox Doon, we strive to deliver the best possible learning experience. However, please note the following regarding refunds and cancellations:
No Refunds: Fees paid for any course, test series, or study material are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Special Cases: Refunds may be considered only in genuine and exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or technical errors. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction.
Cancellation: Once a course or service is accessed, cancellation is not permitted. No refund will be issued after login/access to the purchased content.
Decision Authority: The final decision on any refund request will rest with the management of StudyBox Doon.
